This notification must only be used for secondment of mobile employees who are expected to be employed in Austria during the notification period indicated.
For notification of provision of employees for the transport area in Austria, notification form ZKO4 – Notification of employee provision must be used.

This notification is valid for a period of 6 months after the start of secondment. Mobile employees seconded and reported in a notification can operate the reported vehicles in Austria during this 6-month period with no need for another notification of secondment. Change notification ZKO3-T must be submitted within the period of validity for additional employees or vehicles. A new notification must be submitted if the period of validity has expired.
